These Terms govern your use of the Aptus app (“Aptus”, “we”, “us”). By using Aptus, you agree to them.
Aptus is a fitness and self-tracking tool for general informational purposes only. Body-fat estimates, scan observations, and other outputs are approximate and are not medical, diagnostic, or professional advice. Do not rely on Aptus for medical decisions. Always consult a qualified professional about your health, diet, or exercise, especially before making significant changes.
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use Aptus.
You own the photos and data you add to Aptus. You grant us a limited license to store and process them solely to provide the app's features to you, for example generating your scan results and syncing your data to your account. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it to train AI. You can delete your content and your account at any time from within the app.
Aptus offers an auto-renewable subscription, with an optional free trial.
Prices are shown in the app before you subscribe.
Please don't misuse Aptus. Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service, and do not upload content you don't have the right to use or that is unlawful.
We work to keep Aptus available and accurate, but we provide it on an “as is” basis and may change, suspend, or discontinue features. We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aptus is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You may stop using Aptus and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
